Dwarf Dragon Slayer

Product Description / Story

He grew up in the mines, swinging a pick at the hard rocks, trying to extricate the precious items hidden deep inside them. But his life would not be that of a simple dwarf miner, for in his future lay many trials and tribulations.

The dwarfs worst enemy, was not his greed for gold, jewels, and riches, but it was dragons. These foul creatures coveted gold and would go to any lengths to posses it. Many mines had been decimated and destroyed due to the gluttonous whims of a dragon.

It started with a whisper in the wind, a mild rumble in the deep caverns and caves of the mine. Then bells began to ring, warning of danger, but what was the danger? a collapsed tunnel? Cave troll? Then suddenly with no warning the air was sicked out of his cavern and with a powerful thud he was slammed against the rock wall. The heat was tremendous, it felt as if he had been slapped across the face with a burning hot iron.

He got to his feet and made his way to the entrance of his cavern…. there he saw the dragon, a huge wild beast, red in color, spewing death, and destruction from his mouth. The dwarf grabbed a hammer laying at his feed and leapt at the dragon.

The battle that ensued was ferocious, the damage and carnage unprecedented, but at the end the dwarf stood with the dragon’s tongue in his hands. He had slain the beast and in doing so earned himself the title “Dragon Slayer”.
